Rowan Vocational Opportunities offers a variety of programs to fit our clients' needs. These programs are implemented on an individual basis and are geared to help clients establish good work habits and the interpersonal skills they need on the job.
Work Adjustment is the next step after completing vocational evaluation. It is designed to help clients improve in targeted areas to maximize potential for competitive employment. Techniques used include situational assessment in work areas, time studies, and job readiness training.
Personal, Social, and Community Services program is a goal oriented developmental day program that provides opportunities for clients to develop and maintain daily living, pre-vocational, academic, and social and community living skills through a variety of methods that includes class participation and discussion, one-on-one instruction, hands-on-training and community outings. Rowan Vocational Opportunities, Inc. is dedicated to assuring each client is given to opportunity to have growth in personal, social and community services programs in the surrounding community.
