About Us
Rowan
Vocational Opportunities, Inc. was chartered in 1966
as a non-profit rehabilitation facility with the purpose of
providing vocational evaluation, work adjustment, vocational
training and long-term or transitory employment and life skills
for people with disabilities. Thirty-seven years later we are
continuing our commitment to our clients and the communities
in which they live.

RVO is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of
Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF)
receiving exemplary status, which is their highest recommendation.
We provide a variety of services and supports to clients
on a continuing basis under the supervision of the North
Carolina Department of Health and Human Services with
the qualifications of staff, program standards and services
reviewed on an on-going basis to ensure compliance with
all NC State Standards.
